Our volunteers make it possible for us to serve hundreds of families each month. Whether you have a few hours a week or can help occasionally, there's a role for you. No experience necessary—just a willingness to help!
Volunteer Opportunities
Shopping Assistant
Assist clients through the pantry as they make their choices. Help create a welcoming, supportive shopping experience.
Schedule:
• Tue & Thu: 10am-12pm or 12pm-2pm
• Wed: 4pm-6:30pm
Foodlink Deliveries
Help unload trucks and stock pantry items when deliveries arrive from Foodlink, our regional food bank partner.
Schedule:
• Occasional Monday mornings
• Typically 9am-10am
• On-call basis
Kid Bags
Decorate bags and create coloring activities for children who visit the pantry. A fun way to brighten a child's day!
Schedule:
• Flexible - do at home!
• Drop off completed bags anytime
Host a Food Drive
Organize donation collections from family, friends, workplace, church, or school. We'll provide guidance and materials!
Schedule:
• Plan your own timeline
• Great for groups & organizations
Pantry Shopper
Shop for pantry needs at local stores—at our expense! Help us stock up on items we need most.
Schedule:
• On-call, as needed
• Flexible participation
General Help
Sort donations, organize shelves, clean up, and assist with various tasks as needed. Every bit helps!
